Ingold (2015) writes about ‘lines’ and he claims that to live, every being must put out a line, and in life, these lines tangle with one another (Ingold 2015).  This is pertinent to the course as together we are connecting – putting out lines as we learn about research integrity, ethics and the SDGs within the context of citizen science. We have abbreviated the course to RIECS
