Facilitation skills
ensure the person you are training is comfortable and confident in
disseminating information about your project to wider audiences. They equip
facilitators in doing their job effectively. Examples of key skills include
being knowledgeable about the project, understanding the data collection
technique, learning how to speak in front of diverse audiences and knowing how
to present in an engaging and clear manner. This is critical for effective
distribution of knowledge. When planning your TTT workshop, there are several
important things to consider.
