We will rehearse here what Blanca mentioned in the previous video. The narrative arc, or story arc, is the progression of the story, or the path a story follows. It has a beginning, middle and end, and it is usually compared to a plane takeoff, flight and landing.
Behind every good story, there is a very solid narrative arc. It is the story’s backbone. Therefore, it is something you should define before you start writing your story.
A traditional narrative arc has five elements, in the following order.
