Self-assessment survey

This survey is for the self-assessment of a citizen science project related to it's process and project outcomes. Please note that the questionnaire is based on the evaluation framework presented in this course.

We created this questionnaire as a support instrument in identifying strengths and weaknesses of a citizen science project. We applied it several times in our own citizen science projects (once in the middle, once at the end) and thought that is was very helpful to get a better understanding of where the project is standing with regard to its main stakeholder groups and expected outcomes.

Remember: projects and proposals should not try to be good in all aspects covered in this self-assessment. The aim of the self-assessment questionnaire is not to judge a project but rather to make you aware of your strengths and weaker points.
