The ECS academy is a European hub of learning and training in citizen science. It is aimed at people who are running citizen science projects, or learning how to run such projects. In other words, the target audience is researchers, people who work in organisations that want to run citizen science, or anyone else who want to learn about citizen science from a professional perspective. 

The academy is not aimed at providing training to citizen scientists on a specific area, but more to people who want to learn about the theory and practice of the field of citizen science.
